Email and integrations

There are two ways to get your maintenance emails into OpsPilot: connect Gmail directly, or set up forwarding.

Gmail integration (recommended)

The easiest option. Go to Settings > Email and click "Connect Gmail".

What you should know:

• We only get read-only access (can't send or delete your emails)
• New emails sync automatically
• You can disconnect anytime from the same settings page

Email forwarding

If you don't want to connect Gmail directly, or you use a different email provider:

1. Go to Settings > Email and copy your unique forwarding address
2. In your email provider, create a rule to forward maintenance emails to that address
3. That's it. Forwarded emails show up in OpsPilot automatically

This works with any email provider. You can forward everything or create filters to only forward certain types of emails.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect your email anytime from Settings > Email. Your existing data stays in OpsPilot; you just won't get new emails until you reconnect.
