OpsPilot was born from frustration. After years of managing rental properties while juggling a tech career, I knew there had to be a better way to handle the endless stream of maintenance emails.

The Problem I Lived

As a landlord, I'd come home from work to find my inbox flooded with maintenance requests. Some were emergencies hiding behind vague subject lines. Others were tenants asking about the wifi password for the hundredth time.

I'd spend my evenings reading emails, trying to figure out what was actually urgent, drafting responses, and googling "average cost to fix garbage disposal." Meanwhile, real emergencies sometimes waited hours because they were buried in the noise.

I kept thinking: I build AI for a living. Why am I doing this manually?
