- Provide our AI-powered maintenance triage service
- Generate draft responses, severity scores, and cost estimates
- Send notifications about your maintenance requests

3. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third parties to provide our service:
- OpenAI (via OpenRouter): Email content is sent to OpenAI for AI analysis. OpenAI does not use API data to train models and retains data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
- Clerk: Authentication and user management
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Vercel: Hosting infrastructure
- PostHog: Analytics (anonymized usage data only)
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.
4. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We implement industry-standard security practices and regularly review our security posture.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your account, we delete your data within 30 days. You can request data deletion at any time by contacting us.

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to generate severity scores, draft responses, and cost estimates. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for verifying the appropriateness of any AI-generated content before sending it to tenants or vendors.
6. Pricing and Payment
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Prices are listed on our website and may change with notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and features, is owned by OpsPilot. You retain ownership of the content you submit (emails, settings, etc.). You grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPSPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
