Configure alerts for urgent requests
Control how and when OpsPilot notifies you about new requests.
Emergency alerts (Severity 5)
Emergencies (gas leaks, flooding, no heat in winter, etc.) always trigger immediate notifications. You'll get an alert right away so nothing urgent slips through.
This is on by default and can't be turned off.
Email notifications
Choose how you want to hear about non-emergency requests:
- Instant: Get an email for every new request as it comes in
- Digest: Get a daily summary of new requests
- None: Just check the dashboard when you want to
Pick based on your workflow. If you're checking OpsPilot regularly anyway, you might not need email notifications cluttering your inbox.
