Tired of answering the same questions over and over? Set up FAQs and let OpsPilot handle them automatically.

How it works

  1. You add common questions and their answers
  2. When a tenant emails something that matches, OpsPilot replies automatically
  3. The request gets marked as "Auto-Resolved"
  4. You save time

Adding an FAQ

  1. Go to Settings > Auto-Reply FAQs
  2. Click "Add FAQ"
  3. Enter the question (like "What's the WiFi password?")
  4. Enter your answer
  5. Optionally add some keywords to help with matching

Good FAQs to start with

  • WiFi network name and password
  • Pool hours and rules
  • Trash and recycling pickup days
  • Guest parking instructions
  • Emergency contact numbers (for things like "who do I call if...")
  • Package delivery instructions
  • Laundry room hours
  • Gym access

Important note

Actual maintenance requests never get auto-replied. Even if a tenant asks "how do I fix my leaky faucet?" it won't auto-resolve because it looks like a maintenance issue.

Auto-reply only handles informational questions where you're giving the same answer every time.
