How OpsPilot works

Learn the basics of AI-powered maintenance triage

OpsPilot reads your maintenance emails and does the initial triage for you. Instead of spending 5-15 minutes on each request, you can review them in about 30 seconds.

Here's what happens

  1. A tenant sends you an email about a maintenance issue (leaky faucet, broken AC, etc.)
  2. OpsPilot reads the email and figures out what's going on:
    • How urgent is this? (rated 1-5)
    • What category? (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
    • Roughly how much will it cost?
    • A draft reply you can send to the tenant
  3. You open your inbox, review what the AI found, and take action
  4. One click to reply, dispatch to a vendor, or mark it as handled

What gets analyzed

Every email that comes in is scanned for:

  • What the actual problem is
  • How urgent it is
  • Which type of vendor you'll probably need
  • A ballpark cost estimate
  • The tenant's contact info

Automatic FAQ replies

Questions like "What's the WiFi password?" or "When is trash pickup?" don't need to take up your time. Set up your FAQs in Settings and OpsPilot will handle these automatically.

The tenant gets an answer, the request gets marked as resolved, and you didn't have to do anything.
