How to review AI-triaged maintenance requests
Your inbox is where you'll spend most of your time in OpsPilot. Here's how to work through your requests efficiently.
The layout
Your inbox has two panels:
- Left side: A list of all your requests with severity badges and current status
- Right side: The full details of whichever request you have selected
Understanding the request cards
Each card in the list shows you:
- Severity number (1-5) with color coding so you can spot urgent items quickly
- Subject line or preview of the issue
- Category (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- When it came in
- Current status
Filtering by status
Use the tabs at the top to filter what you see:
- All: Everything in your inbox
- Pending: Requests that still need your attention
- Dispatched: Sent to a vendor, waiting for completion
- Handled: Marked as complete
- Auto: Automatically resolved by an FAQ match
Most of the time you'll work from the Pending tab and move requests to Dispatched or Handled as you deal with them.
